[2016 Highest 673] The Defendant, around November 23, 2010, committed an act of disturbing drinking by very rough words or actions at around 06:50, Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 3-7-29, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu.

[2016 Highest 671] On February 24, 2011, the Defendant, around 13:19, committed an act of creating uneasiness in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, about 102-ro 102-ro 13 Yeongdeungpo-gu.
