A is a captain who takes overall control of the operation and fishing activities of a unregistered Chinese fishing vessel (35 tons, necked vessels, 7 persons on board, and d. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S.S. S. S.S. S. S. S.S. S. S. S. S. S. S.S. S. S.S. S.S. S.S.S.S.S.S.S.

1. No foreign vessel of the Defendants shall engage in fishing activities, within the territorial sea of the Republic of Korea, which is an act detrimental to peace, public order, or security of the Republic of Korea.

On March 6, 2019, at around 21:00 in China (the time of Korea; hereinafter the same shall apply) the Defendants loaded 2 framework of low net fishing gear on the fishing vessel mentioned in paragraph (1) of the same paragraph, boarded four seafarers on board, and depart from the Republic of Korea for the purpose of operating in the sea area. On March 7, 2019, at around 23:00, the Cheongjin-gun, Incheon Spo-gun, Incheon entered the neighboring sea area.

On March 7, 2019, at around 23:00, the Defendants captured approximately 120-160 km, including a 25-2,40-2,760 km in the territorial sea near the south East East East East-west (hereinafter referred to as the 37.42 easteast, 124.56 east, and 3.2 nautical miles in the territorial sea of the Republic of Korea) of low-net net fishing gear, with a projected and pushed up one mold, such as luminous fishing, from around that time to March 16, 2019, and captured approximately 2,40-2,760 km in total, as indicated in the attached list of crimes.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to engage in fishing activities within the territorial sea of the Republic of Korea.

2. No foreigner of the Republic of Korea illegal fishing operation shall conduct fishery activities in a specific prohibited zone designated for the protection of fishery resources or coordination of fisheries in the exclusive economic zone of the Republic of Korea.

Defendants shall have exclusive economic zone around March 13, 2019, approximately 37.34 minutes north latitude 14.4 nautical miles southwest-do, Incheon Cheongjin-gun, Incheon, and Korea exclusive economic zone.
