A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

10,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On May 9, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Busan District Court on May 9, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence in the medical prison on September 3, 2013.

On September 21, 2014, at around 02:45, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the Defendant from entering the said amusement room on the G entertainment room on the first floor of the F hotel located in Busan BY-gu, Busan on September 21, 2014; (b) prevented the Defendant from entering the said amusement room; and (c) 1.5 liters purchased by requesting the Defendant’s friendship prior to the removal from the entrance to the calculating unit, and 20 minutes of the gasolines purchased on the floor of the amusement room; (d) putting the gasoline on the floor of the amusement room at the entrance to the calculation unit; and (e) putting them into a string with a string, acting as if the string, and harming the entertainment room customers, including “Dah” and sound.

Accordingly, the Defendant prepared to commit a fire to a building in which employees H et al. of the above entertainment room were located, and obstructed the operation of the above entertainment room I by force.

In May 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 04:00 on May 20, 2015, the Defendant: (b) stored approximately 0.05g of psychotropic drugs in a single-use injection machine; (c) injected narcotics into the right jum jum, which is a psychotropic substance, and injected them. (d) On May 20, 2015, the Defendant administered narcotics.

1. Around 11:00 on May 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) destroyed property by drinking 200,000 won of the market price on the ground that the part of the victim M in Busan-gu L is bad, without any special reason, within 608, the part of the guest room windows equivalent to 200,000 won of the market price; (b) one window mold in Aluminium amounting to 100,000 won of the market price; and (c) two windows at 300,000,000 won of the market price on the part of a bend rail; and (d) destroyed property owned by the victim in total, such as damage by taking one outside container in an amount equivalent to 50,000 won of the market price on the part of a bend rail.
