Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who runs the business of leasing Madaloba with the trade name of “E” at a sandy beach in front of Incheon Jung-gu C.

In order to occupy or use public waters, permission for occupancy or use of public waters shall be obtained from the management agency of public waters as prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Nevertheless, from May 2015 to August 5, 2015, the Defendant parked 125c spare 9 vehicles on the sandy beach president of the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, the Defendant occupied and used public waters without obtaining permission from the management agency of public waters, while receiving 10,000 won per 20 minutes from many tourists who found the piracy, and operating the d beach back to and from the sandy beach president (4,00 meters in width, 300 meters in width).
