1. The defendant shall pay 100,585,065 won to the plaintiff and 15% interest per annum from December 2, 2014 to the day of full payment.

If the purport of the entire pleadings is added to the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 20 (including a provisional number), the defendant: (a) leased the factory building from the plaintiff on May 31, 2014 to the plaintiff on the lease of KRW 7 million per month; and (b) manufactured and supplied the automobile parts, industrial machinery, etc. which the plaintiff was ordered to pay to the plaintiff from the principal contractor, such as Hyundai Motor, etc.; (c) in the process, the plaintiff supplied materials to the defendant in addition to the factory rent claims; or (d) paid the defendant's wages to the defendant's customer; and (e) the transaction relation between the original defendant including the above factory lease contract after the termination of October 25, 2014, including the above factory lease contract, was determined to pay the settlement amount to the plaintiff by November 25, 2014; and (e) the settlement amount to be paid by the defendant on October 10, 2014 to the plaintiff; and (e) the details of the defendant's claims are recognized to be paid to the plaintiff.

Although the defendant asserts that the plaintiff's settlement details are unfair and there is money to be paid from the plaintiff, the evidence records of the above evidence, in particular, even based on the settlement records (Evidence A3) up to September 2014, since the defendant's settlement amount to be paid to the plaintiff as of September 2014 is up to 71,912,104, each statement of evidence Nos. 1 and 11 are insufficient to reverse the above recognition and there is no other counter-proof.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 100,585,065 won and 15% interest per annum from December 2, 2014 to the date of full payment, as the Plaintiff seeks.

The plaintiff's claim is justified.
