Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 19, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for eight months, suspension of execution two years, probation, and community service for 120 hours at the Incheon District Court on February 27, 2013, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on February 27, 2013.
