A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From February 27, 2020 to March 17, 2020, the Defendant: (a) operated a sexual traffic business establishment under the trade name “D” under the name of “D,” which is “D; (b) received 8 to 190,00 won from an unspecified number of male customers; and (c) had the solar female E, a female guest, engage in sexual intercourse with customers; and (d) paid KRW 4 to the said E.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
