Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. on March 20, 2014 at the Sung-dong detention center on September 16, 2014 and completed the execution of the sentence.
[Criminal facts]
1. Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and stolen the victim's property.
4. On January 201, 2017, the Defendant for larceny and intrusion upon residence in the first half of January 2017, in front of the Victim J, located in the third floor building of Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I ground between around 13:00 to 15:00.
