A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 19, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for six months with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court on September 19, 201, and was sentenced to a two-year suspended sentence on September 27, 2014, and is still under suspended sentence.

On October 2, 2014, around 11:30 on October 2, 2014, the Defendant driven a horse at B, without obtaining a driver’s license, on a section of approximately 4 km from around 13 km to the three-day circulation road in front of the 508 large-scale forest industry in Gangseo-gu, Busan Metropolitan City to the same airport.
