Punishment of the crime

[Status of Defendant A] The former Chairperson of the E-Trade Union (hereinafter referred to as “E”) as a local public official belonging to the Busan Young-gu Office, and Defendant B is the former Chairperson of the FFM (hereinafter referred to as “FM”) as a state public official belonging to the Busan District Court.

On November 18, 2009, the Defendants were the co-chairperson of the G Labor Union (hereinafter referred to as the “G Labor Union”) who was in charge of the co-chairperson of the G Labor Union preparation committee until the Ha and the Secretary General were elected.

[Basic Fact-finding] The Labor Union adopted a resolution on the integration of organizations and L subscription through the total voting of union members from September 21, 2009, and established regulations on the 26th of the same month.

G Labor Relations Adjustment adopted a resolution on September 26, 2009 on the following: “The Government shall adopt a resolution on the labor pressure and division of the labor force and the labor force, and anti-workers’ policies, which shall be resolved in order to commemorate and strengthen the organization. A resolution shall be adopted in accordance with L and the M regime for only one percent of those who have one percent of all citizens, with absolute citizens, to protect the lives and democracy of this land.” After adopting a resolution on the resolution, the Government shall oppose major policies, such as the four major lecture projects, the privatization of public enterprises, and tax policies, which are promoted by the Government, and have developed organizational propaganda activities for the large government.
