1. The plaintiffs' appeal and the additional or expanded claims by this court are all dismissed.
2. Claim for the costs of appeal.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The relevant Plaintiff A, as the spouse of the deceased E (hereinafter “the deceased”), had the Defendant, Plaintiff B, and C under the chain with the deceased.
B. Around 1973, the Deceased’s company was established and changed. Around November 1, 2004, the deceased’s company was changed to F. The name was changed to F.
collectively referred to as "F":
2) On January 27, 2003, M Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “M”) was established and engaged in the wholesale and retail business of automobile parts as F’s subsidiaries.
2) Since September 3, 2007, P Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “P”) and Q (hereinafter “J”) were respectively established through the physical division of F on September 2, 2008 and the personal division of F on January 2, 2009.
3) On September 4, 2012, J was merged into M. 4, 2012. Meanwhile, as of February 11, 2009, the above companies established by the deceased as of February 11, 2009 were a holding company holding company with R (a different company after the trade name change of Q.C.) and changed its trade name into Q, S Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “S”), U.S. Co., Ltd., Ltd., V, and M into a company under its control, and Q and M were the Defendant, and the representative director of the other affiliated companies was the Defendant, and the representative director of Q and M were the I.
C. 1) R’s shares in each company’s shareholder registry are owned by the Defendant and its children W, and its wife X 100%. 2) The shares in F are owned by the Plaintiff B, its Y, and its wife 100%, and P’s shares are owned by F 10%.
3) Of the shares of M, 52% of the shares of Plaintiff C are owned by Plaintiff C, and 48% are owned by R. D. At present, Plaintiff B is the representative director of P and F, and Z are serving as inside directors, respectively.
2) At present, Plaintiff C is currently serving as a director of M in-house. 3) The Defendant is the representative director of M from January 27, 2003 to July 17, 2014.
