B On May 31, 2018, the Incheon District Court sentenced one year to imprisonment for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) and completed the execution of the sentence on March 27, 2019.

No person shall borrow or lend a means of access, or keep, deliver or distribute a means of access, knowing that he/she is to be used for a crime or to be used for a crime.

On July 2019, the Defendants conspired to have the physical card in the name of the Defendant B transferred to the Bosing Organization in the name of the Defendant during the period of July 2019, and to have the physical card transferred to the other account by using mobile banking and by making a report on the loss of the physical card transferred to the other account.
