Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 23:03 on May 12, 2014, the Defendant: (a) took a 112-day care of body fighting with B in front of the F in Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun; (b) took a bath to “this spaws and police ties”; and (c) took a hand at one time the chest part of the above H’s chest; (d) took a shade of the shoulder part of the Defendant’s chest; and (e) took a hand at one time the police officer I belonging to the said District, she took a string of the body part of the Defendant’s body I (the age 29) with a high-level body part at one time, which requires approximately two weeks medical treatment.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers, and at the same time injured the victim I.

2. 피고인 B 피고인은 제1항과 같은 일시, 장소에서 제1항과 같은 경위로 위 I가 A를 현행범인 체포한다는 이유로 손으로 위 I의 손목을 꺽어 잡아당기고, 가슴을 수회 밀치는 등 폭행하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest of a flagrant offender by a police officer.
