Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Labor Standards Act regarding the construction site B at the construction site is an employer who runs construction business with six full-time workers as the representative director of Leecheon-si Co., Ltd. D with the second and second floors.

Where a construction business is carried on two or more occasions, and a constructor who is not a constructor fails to pay wages to his/her workers, if the constructor fails to pay the wages to the workers he/she employs, the person directly responsible for the payment of wages shall be jointly and severally with the sewage constructor.

Nevertheless, the Defendant subcontracted part of the construction work to E, who is not a constructor, to the direct contractor at the construction site located in Gyeonggi-si B, and did not pay 3,675,000 won in total, including wage 1,200,000 won, to the worker F who was employed by E from December 14, 2014 to February 6, 2015.

2. The Defendant violated the Labor Standards Act regarding a construction site at a G construction site is an employer who runs a construction business with six full-time workers as the representative director of the D Co., Ltd. with Leecheon-si and the second floor.

When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money or valuables within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred.

Nevertheless, the Defendant served in the H maritime facility located in Pyeongtaek-si G during the period from November 1, 2014 to December 9, 2014 and retired from office on January 18, 2014 of I’s wage of KRW 360,000, including the total of KRW 180,000, and the total of wages of KRW 12,675,000 to the retirement worker 19, as described in the attached crime list, did not pay the same within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement between the parties to the extension of the payment date.
