1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 639,842,236 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 20, 2018 to the date of full payment.

1. The following facts are acknowledged in light of the respective descriptions of Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, and 12 and the purport of the whole pleadings.

A. On March 30, 2017, the Plaintiff: (a) between the Defendant and C (hereinafter “C”) on March 30, 2017, the Plaintiff changed the trade name to D; (b) 7 parts size x 40m L 6,000m L; (c) x 6,000m L; (d) x 45m L; (e) x 6,000m L; (d) 55m x 6,00m L; (e) 6,00m L; (vi) x 60m x 60m L; (vii) x 70m x 6,00m x 6,00 x 70m x 6,00 m/ 420m m/ 420 (hereinafter “R/B”) for three (3) months of the payment to the Plaintiff; and (e) the Defendant’s payment to the Plaintiff is not made within 30 days of the payment to the Plaintiff.

[2] The agreement of this case (hereinafter “instant agreement”)

The Plaintiff supplied R/B equivalent to KRW 324,493,136 to C on May 15, 2017. (b) However, the Plaintiff was unable to pay the price within 30 days from the delivery date, and the Plaintiff supplied R/B equivalent to the above paragraph (a) with 50 tons per monthly standard (i.e., three more times) for four months including the R/B first portion already supplied by the Plaintiff, and the third portion from the date R/B to the date of July 24, 2017, until August 24, 2017, and the representative director supplied the amount to be paid within 30 days from the date of delivery to the Plaintiff within 30 days from the date of delivery to the E/B 134 days from June 16, 2017.
