1. As a result of examining the legitimacy of the judgment of the court of first instance by examining the Plaintiff’s grounds of appeal and arguments cited in the judgment of the court of first instance, the grounds for this court’s explanation concerning this case are the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, they are cited pursuant to the main sentence

2. If so, the judgment of the court of first instance is just in its conclusion, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
