A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 20, 2014, the Defendant, at around 202.20, tried to steal another person’s property from the victim C’s house located in Gyeonggi-gun, Gyeonggi-do, with a view to cutting off the house’s windows, and attempted to intrude upon the house, but did so with the wind that requires the body of the shoulder glass.

2. The Defendant, at around 02:35 on the same day as Paragraph 1, 20: (a) had a mind to steal another person’s property, and had ruptured from the door of the victim E in Gyeonggi-do, Gyeonggi-do, to the inner door, and did so, but the victim failed to commit an attempted wind that read “Nuna-gu wres”.

3. The Defendant, at around 02:50 on the same day as Paragraph 1, intruded the victim G, who was in mind of having another person stolen another person’s property, and was in the house of the victim G in Gyeonggi-do F, and did not come up, but did not commit an attempted to the wind that the victim was discovered.
