A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 8, 2018, the Defendant: (a) reported to the head of the police station located in Daegubuk-gu Police Station D; (b) on the Gyeongdong-gu, Daegubuk-gu; (c) that “A male and her chest were forced to commit an indecent act because he/she met with the children’s toilet female partitions in the children’s park in Daegu-dong, Daegu-dong, and he/she was forced to talk with him/her by force; and (d) on the 23th day of the same month, the police station located in Gangnam-gu, Daegu-gu, Police Station: (a) on the 201st day of the same month, the Defendant: (a) reported that “A male was forced to engage in an indecent act because he/she was under the influence of alcohol and drinking; (b) made an emergency bell once with his/her clothes; and (c) made a male police officer’s statement to the effect that he/she was forced to engage in an indecent act on his/her part; and (d) made a report to the effect that he/she was forced.”
However, the Defendant, on March 7, 2018, takes cash in the above park around March 7, 2018.
On the 7th of the same month from the day after the day, G made a false statement to the police that “the Defendant was forced to commit an indecent act despite the fact that the Defendant was forced to commit an indecent act by entering the said toilet with the Defendant according to the G’s house,” and that “the Defendant was forced to commit an indecent act despite the fact that the Defendant was forced to commit an indecent act on the part of the Defendant.”
As a result, the Defendant made a false report to the investigation agency for the purpose of having G receive criminal punishment.
