2. From September 1983, Defendant B had worked at the National Bank of Korea through its opening at the Housing Bank of Korea. From February 2006 to December 26, 2010, Defendant B is an employee of the National Bank of Korea at the J branch of the National Bank of Korea located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul. The officer and employee of a financial institution is prohibited from mediating a loan of money for his own account or for a third party’s interest other than the financial institution to which he belongs. However, from around 2006, Defendant B operated the non-registered loan office of the company’s trade name “E” and arranged a loan to the National Bank of Korea VIP customers in need of advance. From February 2, 2010 to February 26, 2010, Defendant B is an employee of the National Bank of Korea at the J branch of the National Bank of Korea located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, which is an employee of the financial institution. The officer and employee of a financial institution shall not use his position to arrange a loan for a third party’s interest.
