A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person other than a medical person who violates the Medical Service Act shall perform medical practice;

Even if the Defendant is not a medical practitioner, the Defendant introduced C (a person who has produced her own medicine) as an oriental medical doctor by approaching C (a person who has produced her own medicine) who had been engaged in a hysium B and 2nd floor located in Yongsan-gu, Manyang-si and Yangyang-si from February 2019, and introduced C (a person who has produced her own medicine. A person who has received her medical treatment.) on several occasions, and around May 2019, the Defendant conducted a medical act without a license, such as promoting C’s re-explosion and her hys that had been launched within the Defendant’s residence located in Goyang-gu, Manyang-si, Busan-si, and promoting the development of her hys and hys, and setting it into C’s bridge around June 2019.

2.
