1. Defendant A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,00.

Punishment of the crime

1. Notwithstanding that a person who intends to build, rebuild, alter, or remove a structure, object, or other facility in a road zone or to occupy and use a road for other purposes, Defendant B installed a container of 60 square meters in Incheon Gyeyang-gu and E, from March 6, 2013 to October 15, 2014, one temporary building of 168 square meters in size, one temporary building of 168 square meters in size, and one temporary building of 15 square meters in size in each of the above roads, from March 6, 2013 to October 6, 2014.

2. Although a person who intends to build, rebuild, alter, or remove a structure, object, or other facility in a road zone, or occupy and use a road for other purposes, he/she obtained permission from the road management agency, the Defendant installed a container of 18 square meters at the bottom of Incheon Gyeyang-gu and E, from March 6, 2013 to October 15, 2014, and occupied the road.
