Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is the representative of the State H established by around March 2009 for the purpose of producing a drama, etc., and Defendant B is a person who entered the above company and worked as the head of the headquarters around January 2010.
Defendant

Thus, Defendant B is the direction of Defendant A.
