1. The defendant shall change the name of the shareholder on the register of shareholders to the plaintiff as to the shares listed in the attached list.

According to the judgment and the facts of the above recognition, the actual shareholders of the shares listed in the separate sheet are the plaintiffs, and as long as the title trust agreement between the plaintiff and C has been lawfully terminated, the defendant is obligated to implement the procedure to change the name of the shareholders listed in the above shares to the plaintiff.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
