When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 19, 2015, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol at around 06:0 and around 06:165% of blood alcohol concentration, and the Defendant was driving C-string trucks at approximately 5 km from the narrow bathing beach parking lot located in the Han-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jeju-do, to the commercial intersection located in the same Si/Eup/Myeon.
