1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 124,670,270 and the interest rate thereon from May 27, 2015 to the date of full payment.

The plaintiff asserts the facts of the cause of the claim stated in the separate sheet as the cause of the claim in this case. The defendants are deemed to have led to confession under Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act

Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the principal amount of KRW 124,670,270 as well as damages for delay at a rate of 20% per annum from May 27, 2015 to the date of full payment, which is obvious from May 27, 2015, to the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case. Accordingly, the Plaintiff’s claim of this case seeking such payment is justified, and is so decided as per Disposition.
