Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant sought the opinion that the former wife is residing in the B Apartment-gu Busan, and confirmed the fact that the former wife and the name of the former apartment is living in the said apartment item after following the mail of each apartment building.

1. On May 15, 2019, around 05:40 on May 15, 2019, the Defendant: (a) went to the apartment E-dong building in question; (b) went to the 16th floor from the elevator board, and reached the 18th floor using stairs; and (c) listen to the crepans in front of the Fhogate, which was intended to hear the crepans of the crepans; and (d) attempted to look through the window, intruded the part for common use inside the apartment in which the victim resides, such as attempting to look at the crepans.

On June 3, 2019, around 09:20 on June 3, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened up the stairs up to the second floor; (b) opened up up to the 19th floor using an elevator to the 19th floor; and (c) reached the 18th floor with the stairs; (d) opened up to the 19th floor with the stairs, and (e) opened up to the 18th floor with the stairs, the Defendant infringed on the inside common areas of the apartment in which the victim resides, such as attempting to look back to the cre in the crepan, and attempt to look through the windows.
