1. Defendant C: (a) from February 23, 2016, the amount of KRW 8,000,000 to Plaintiff B; (b) KRW 2,00,000 to Plaintiff A; and (c) respectively, the amount of KRW 2,00,000 to each of them.
Reasons
1. Occurrence of liability for damages;
A. (i) The Plaintiff is between Defendant C and Defendant C, from December 2015, and Defendant D is the father of Defendant C.
Plaintiff
The plaintiff B, who is the father of A, was a dentist with the same kind of relationship as the post-qualification of the defendant D and the school, and the non-party deceased E, the mother of the plaintiff A (hereinafter referred to as the "the deceased") is a relationship between the mother of the defendant C and the father of the high school.
B. On the other hand, Defendant C was prosecuted for the following criminal facts (Supplementary District Court 2017 High Court 2017 High Court 251) and was sentenced to imprisonment for one year in this court on February 21, 2018, and became final and conclusive through the appellate court (Supplementary High Court 2018No187).
C - [Basic Facts related to the course of the case] Defendant C is the children of Defendant D, and in the situation where Defendant C is in the teaching process with a female under his name-free women (hereinafter “her name-free women”) from September 2014, the introduction of Defendant D from December 2015 to the introduction of Plaintiff A, while taking a show of opinion with Plaintiff A around January 2016, and was scheduled to put a marriage ceremony around April 23, 2016.
