1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The network D (EE; hereinafter “the network”) was engaged in mushroom growing days from August 2012 to November 7, 2013 operated by the Defendant.
The Deceased was accommodated in a dormitory provided by the Defendant during the said work period.

2. Determination on the cause of the claim
A. The gist of the plaintiffs' assertion, without considering the state of health of the deceased, is that the deceased has worked for at least 28 days on an average in a month, continued to work for at least 28 days on night and overtime work, and the deceased has been suffering from severe stress.
Since such overwork and stress caused the death of the deceased, the defendant is obligated to compensate for damages caused by the death of the deceased.
Of the deceased’s lost income of KRW 342,574,523 and KRW 40,000,000, the respective shares of inheritance of the plaintiffs, and the funeral expenses of KRW 5,000,000 for funeral expenses paid by the plaintiffs and KRW 50,000 for consolation money for the plaintiffs, respectively, shall be paid in KRW 50,000 for each claim.
B. Each of the evidence Nos. 6-1 through 14, No. 9, and No. 15 is written by the Defendant, etc. to compel the Deceased to work overtime and overtime on a daily basis without almost one year and two months of work period.
