Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is living separately from the victim B, the husband and wife relationship or each other.

Around 12:00 on October 12, 2018, the Defendant was unable to enter the password of the front door in the residence of the victim of the Da apartment building D, the Defendant: (a) requested E, the key business entity, to the effect that “a request is made to remove the front door,” and “E was released from the front door upon request by the Defendant; and (b) thereafter, the Defendant arbitrarily changed the password of the front door.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property utility by impairing the victim's property utility.
