Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 27, 2015, at around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) requested the victim E, a police officer belonging to the Busan Southern Police Station D District unit of Busan Southern Police Station, who called the Defendant and the said Ccafeteria to move to a vehicle after receiving a report that there was a vehicle movement problem; (b) the Defendant would have been forced to cut off the victim from 5-6 vehicles, such as the above restaurant proprietor, at the place where there is 5-6 persons, such as the above restaurant proprietor. However, there is no day to do so; (c) the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by openly friencing the victim by taking a large bath as follows: “I will grow to Chewing fel.”
