A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person who is engaged in driving a B or a car.

No driver of any motor vehicle shall threaten or endanger any other person, or cause any danger to traffic, by continuously or repeatedly committing any violation of signals or instructions indicated by traffic safety facilities, any violation of prohibition of changing course or any violation of prohibition of rapid control, etc., or by continuing or repeatedly committing any one act.

Nevertheless, from October 12:38, 2019 to 12:43 on the same day from the upper 85-3 km line of the west-do East-gu East Coastal Expressway, Songjin-do from October 12:38, 2019, the Defendant continued to run from the 12:43m point of the 12:43 on the same day to the upper 272.1km line of the west-gu Song-gu, Songdong-gu, Song-do, Song-do, Song-do, Song-do, and continued to violate the maximum speed limit, change the lanes in the prohibited section, and violate the method of passing, thereby threatening or endangering many unspecified persons or causing danger to traffic.

2. On October 12:43, 2019, the Defendant driven B Cor or an automobile without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 99 km from 173 km-ri, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-do Coastal Highway from Chuncheon TG to 173 km-ri, Cheongjin-do, Songjin-si, Cheongjin-ri, Cheongjin-ri, Cheongjin-do, west-ri, 238-7, and 278-1 km-ri, west Coastal Expressway.

3. No person who violates the Resident Registration Act shall unlawfully use another person's resident registration number.

Nevertheless, around October 12:43, 2019, the Defendant: (a) controlled the violation of the Road Traffic Act at a point of 238-7 km-do, Song-gu, Songjin-do; and (b) was demanded by the police officer in charge of the expressway patrol to present an identification card; and (c) was in possession of C’s resident registration certificate; and (d) illegally used C’s resident registration number by leaving C’s resident registration number.

4. The suspect shall be the date and time, and place specified in paragraph 3.
