1. The Defendants jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 15,483,105 as well as KRW 15,381,612 as the Plaintiff.

On December 30, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a loan agreement with Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) with a loan of KRW 124,437,00, loan period of KRW 60,00, and interest rate of KRW 60,00 per annum (24% per annum) and paid the loan to Defendant Company.

Defendant B jointly and severally guaranteed the above loan obligation.

② The Defendant Company lost the benefit of time on March 17, 2016.

③ The amount of debt of the Defendant Company is KRW 15,483,105 as of May 20, 2016 (i.e., principal KRW 15,381,612) (i.e., KRW 101,493).

[Ground of recognition] The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff 15,483,105 won and damages for delay at the rate of 24% per annum, which is agreed upon from May 21, 2016 to the date of full payment. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of 15,483,105 won and 15,381,612 won.

The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are accepted in all.
