A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 1, 2018, around 15:51, the Defendant entered a reed field managed by the Eunpyeong-gu Office, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, into a dry field for a dry field, which became a dried-ro divers for a dry field.
