Punishment of the crime

[Power of crime] On November 30, 2004, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Jeju District Court, and on July 30, 2008, a summary order of KRW 700,000 for the same crime at the same court.

[Criminal facts] On September 17, 2017, the Defendant driven B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.092% from the 3km section to the 3km road located in the same city building-dong from the 08:04 Jeju-si to the 3km Special Development.
