Punishment of the crime

On December 18, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to four years of imprisonment for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in Busan High Court on December 18, 2008 and completed the execution of the sentence on July 3, 2012.

Criminal facts

The defendant had infringed on another's house by demanding the bond company to pay his/her debt, and had a mind to steals his/her goods.

On January 28, 2013, at around 19:35, the Defendant: (a) opened a crime prevention room of an inner toilet using the dricker prepared in advance, and was attempted without being discovered by the victim while opening the crime prevention room.

Accordingly, the defendant attempted to steals property by impairing the victim's residence.
