Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in the duties of the Lone Star Corman vehicle.

1. On October 9, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, while driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.137% on blood on October 9, 2014, and driving the said vehicle at the same level as the normal intersection of the parallel distance in the Dobong-gu, Namgu, Daegu as the normal intersection at the middle intersection.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents by accurately manipulating the steering and steering devices of the motor vehicle.
