Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 24, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor in Busan District Court for the crime of conflict, etc., and the judgment on May 21, 2013 became final and conclusive.

On August 3, 2012, around 12:30 on August 3, 2012, the Defendant assaulted the victim's arms and head part at one time, respectively, on the ground that the victim B, who is confined in the same ward, did not properly share his/her roles in the ordinary ward.
