Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant: (a) around 23:00 on March 19, 2013, the 2014 High-Ma586: (b) around 23:00 on the so-called “Btel 502 and 505; (b) the Defendant received 130,000 from an infinite customer who was found to have reported his/her campaign leaflets; and (c) had employees C engage in the sexual traffic; and (d) had C engage in the sexual traffic on March 20, 2013; and (e) around 02:0 on March 20, 2013, the Defendant assisted C to engage in the sexual traffic by having C engage in the sexual traffic on three occasions in total.

2. "2014 Highly 587".

A. At around 17:00 on November 3, 201, the Defendant: (a) visited the Internet Liber Game at the top of the PC located in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu; (b) obtained a false statement from the victim, stating, “If the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to sell the game items, 2.50,00 won in cash, 7 horse cats, 7metos, 7 horse cattos, 7 river cats, 7 river cats, 8metos, 8 river cats, 8 river cats,” and then acquired from the victim, namely, the Defendant’s game items, 7 horse cats, 7 river cats, 7 river cats, and 7 river cats at the market price of KRW 200,000,000,000,000 from the victim.

B. At around 06:30 on November 1, 2012, the Defendant made a false statement that “I will sell game money to KRW 100,000,000,000” to the victim I even though I did not have any intent or ability to sell the game money,” and then, the Defendant acquired money from the victim, namely, from the victim’s seat, to the Agricultural Cooperative (K) account in the name of the Defendant’s mother-friendly.

C. On November 29, 2012, the Defendant, at the HPC room around 19:30 on November 29, 2012, concluded that “Notwithstanding the absence of intent or ability to sell the game money to the victim L, the Defendant would sell the game money to the victim KRW 500,000,000,000,000.”
