Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the representative of the company mediating international marriage in the name of “D” from C and 503 at the time of the Gyeonggi City.

An international marriage broker shall translate and provide a user who has entered into a contract and the other party to a marriage brokerage with personal information on marriage experience, health status, occupation, sexual violence, domestic violence, child abuse, and sexual traffic brokerage and coercion, criminal experience equivalent to imprisonment without prison labor or heavier punishment for the last ten years, and other matters provided for in the Acts and subordinate statutes of the other country, in a language understandable by both the user and the other party, and shall arrange South Korea with a written consent, if both the user and the other party agree to reach South Korea.

1. The Defendant, around 10:00 on July 23, 2014, provided F with personal information pursuant to relevant statutes, including the marriage experience, health status, occupation, sexual violence, domestic violence, child abuse, sexual trafficking mediation and coercion, and criminal experience related to imprisonment without prison labor or heavier punishment for the last ten years.

Accordingly, the Defendant did not provide F with F with the personal information prior to Mannam while arranging for China's women's "G" and Mannam.

2. The Defendant, around 10:00 on December 13, 2014, arranged for reference 502 apartment units E in the Chinese ice-si, west-si, China, with “I” for Chinese women, and did not provide personal information pursuant to the above law, as stated in paragraph 1 of the same Article.

As a result, the Defendant did not provide H with the personal information prior to fully South Korea while arranging the Chinese woman I with H.
