A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) and the Road Traffic Act is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle with C low speed.

On November 18, 2017, the Defendant operated the above car at around 23:30 on November 18, 2017, and continued the intersection in front of the restaurant located in Daegu Suwon-gu D from the gate of the apartment site requesting a mountain village to the gate of the Busan High School.

In this case, a person engaged in driving service of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to take the front side and left side well and to accurately manipulate the steering gear and prevent accidents in advance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and went into the left-hand part of the victim FF(49) driving, which was driven by the National Police Agency located in Daegu Regional Police Agency, from the four-ranges by negligence, the front right-hand part of the passenger car in front of the said high-speed car.

Notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant was prohibited from operating a motor vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation for Loss, the Defendant operated the motor vehicle in front of the E cafeteria located in Daegu Suwon-gu D on November 18, 2017 without mandatory insurance.

3. Notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant is prohibited from operating a motor vehicle without being registered in the vehicle registration ledger in violation of the Automobile Management Act, the Defendant operated a motor vehicle in front of the E cafeteria located in Daegu Suwon-gu D on November 18, 2017 without being registered in the vehicle registration ledger.
