Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B-man car.

On April 4, 2020, the Defendant operated a two-lane road in front of the D cafeteria in Gangwon-si, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, which is located in C, along the two-lanes from the private road of the port to the private road of the same passenger vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as “the 12-day Hashes Hashes Hashes Hashes,” which requires approximately 12 weeks of medical treatment due to the above occupational negligence.
