Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.
, however, for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants are the co-living relationship.
1. On January 29, 2015, at around 20:30 on January 29, 2015, the Defendants discovered one head of the Busan Bank Tong and one physical card owned by the victim I, which was located far from the bottom of the G and the fourth floor in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, G, and C12, and C13.
Accordingly, the Defendants jointly stolen the victim’s property.
2. At around 00:51 on January 30, 2015, the Defendants waiting in the presence of Defendant B before the Seocho-gu J and the first floor K convenience store in Seoul, and Defendant A entered the cash card in the name of I, as in paragraph (1), in the cash payment machine for the management of efficacy of the victim ethylus Co., Ltd. at that place, and then withdrawn KRW 200,000 in cash on three occasions against the will of efficacy of the victim ethylus.
As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.
3. At around 01:03 on January 30, 2015, the Defendants waiting in the 329 and 1st floor of the victim Han Bank, Han Bank, Han Bank, Inc., the 329 and 1st floor of Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu, Seoul, and Defendant A, as set forth in paragraph 1, entered the cash card in the cash payment period of the victim Han Bank, Han Bank, Inc., the victim of which was located, and then withdrawn KRW 1,00,000 in cash twice against the intent of Han Bank, one million won in total.
As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.
4. On January 30, 2015, at around 01:32, 201: (a) the Defendants waiting in the victim Han Bank, Han Bank, Han Bank, Inc., the first floor of which is 204 and 1, and Defendant A entered the cash card in the name of Han Bank, as described in paragraph (1), in the cash payment period for the management of Han Bank, the victim, Han Bank, the victim of which is located, and entered the passwords on the back of the passbook in the first name.
