When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 18, 2013, at around 22:30, the Defendant driven B knife vehicle at approximately 1km from the front of the restaurant, which does not know the trade name in the Jinhae-gu Gowon-dong in the Changwon-si, and up to the road prior to the treatment of knife in Busan Gangseo-gu, Busan, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.130% of blood alcohol level.
