Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is an employer who employs five full-time workers in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City and operates “C”.

1. The Defendant did not pay KRW 6,109,936, in total, KRW 2,687,096 and retirement allowance of KRW 3,422,840,00 from August 4, 2016 to August 25, 2017, as well as KRW 6,109,936, within 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date.
