The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. At around 03:30 on November 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed an assault by the victim E (50 years of age, female) with the left hand floor of the victim one time at the left hand, on the ground that the victim E (50 years of age, female) was able to keep up while enjoying at the front of the Jinjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

2. Determination

(a) Crimes of non-compliance with an intention: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;

(b) To withdraw the victim's wish to punish after prosecution;

(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
