1. The defendant shall pay 32,170,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from April 3, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of Claim: The plaintiff shall operate the laling construction work as the main issue at the domicile of the plaintiff, and the defendant is a person who conducts specialized construction subcontracting and soil construction work under the trade name of C.

At the Defendant’s request, the amount of construction work was KRW 27,170,000 upon completion of the Switzerland work in around 2015, and the amount of construction work was KRW 27,170,000, and on November 4, 2016, the additional request for the reinforcement of retaining walls in the E repository located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D was made for KRW 5 million and the total construction work was KRW 32,170,000.

However, the defendant delayed the payment of the construction cost, and the plaintiff issued a tax invoice and notified it to the defendant and confirmed by the defendant, but delays the implementation.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff 32,170,000 won with 15% interest per annum from the following day to the day of complete payment.
