[Criminal record] On May 29, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Western District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Daejeon Prison on September 20, 2014.

1. On November 20, 2015, around 18:39, the Defendant pretended to be a customer to purchase the gold gings within the 108-C building Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, 2015, and asked the victim D to show gold gings. On the other hand, the Defendant stolen a gold gings at the market price of KRW 1970,000,000 (10,000) on the display stand where the victim ging one eye.
2. Fraud;
A. On December 16, 2015, at around 03:30, the Defendant, despite having no intent or ability to pay the purchase of gift certificates, made a statement to the victim G, an employee of the place, as if he/she would purchase the gift certificates, as if he/she would purchase the amount of KRW 500,00,000 on a mobile phone, and had the victim G, who is an employee of the place, buy the gift certificates, and deceiving him/her as if he/she would have paid the money later, and had the victim paid the money later, and received the gift certificates in an amount equivalent to KRW 330,00 from the victim.
B. On December 24, 2015, at around 17:37, the Defendant, despite having no intent or ability to pay the purchase price of merchandise coupons, he/she acquired merchandise coupons equivalent to KRW 2.70,00 in total, including KRW 18,00,00, KRW 18,000, KRW 18,000, KRW 18,00,00,000, from the injured party J, where he/she is an employee, although he/she did not have an intent or ability to pay the purchase price of merchandise coupons, and acquired it by obtaining merchandise coupons equivalent to KRW 2,70,00,00 from the injured party.

The defendant, on January 13, 2016, at the "L convenience store" located in the Busan Metropolitan Government So-gu K around 20:40 to 21:00, the defendant, even if he purchased merchandise coupons, has changed 50 copies of the cultural merchandise coupon to the victim, who is an employee, without the intention or ability to pay the price, and had a credit card in the office.
