1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months;

2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

1. On August 16, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.191% from a distance of about 700 meters from the 700 meters away from the intersection of the day to the front road of the door located in the south-gu, Busan, Busan, for the purpose of driving at around 08:35 on August 16, 2017.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and went to the left at the two-lanes of the victim C (67 years old) who was stopped in order to turn to the right at the front end of the said vehicle due to the negligence of driving under the influence of 0.191% alcohol during blood while making it difficult for the Defendant to drive the vehicle in a normal condition while driving the vehicle, and taking the back part of the victim C (67 years old) who was parked in the drive of the said taxi due to the shock, and having the victim C reconcing the back part of the victim E (49 years old) driving of the said taxi in the front end of the said taxi in order to keep the taxi to the left.
