Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On December 20, 2017, at around 01:35, the Defendant was asked to present identification cards from G police officers belonging to the Seoul Mapo Police Station F District, who was dispatched to the site after receiving a report from 112, while she was blicking the D'a car owned by C in Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu, Seoul.

The Defendant refused to present his identification card, but did not issue his identification card, and assault G's head on one occasion without any justifiable reason.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
