1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) paid KRW 286,146,172 to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and its related amount from June 11, 2016 to September 8, 2016.

A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.
